Prayer in the instant petition preferred under
Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the respondents to conduct fair, proper, impartial and expeditious investigation in a case arising out of F.I.R. bearing No.66/2013, registered at Police Station, Ranoli, District Sikar for offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 383, 392, 347, 348, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C.
Mr. Madan Lal, Assistant Director [Prosecution] appearing on behalf of the State of Rajasthan, to allay the apprehension of the complainant/petitioner, at the out set, has submitted that not only fair investigation shall be conducted, but the report of investigation, along with the opinion of the Investigating Officer shall be submitted in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two months from the

date of receipt/ production of certified copy of this order before the Investigating Officer, in case investigation has not
been concluded till now.
Resultantly, the present petition stands disposed of i n terms of the statement made by Mr. Madan Lal, Assistant Director [Prosecution] appearing on behalf of State of Rajasthan.
