Instant application has been preferred under Section
438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in a case arising out of F.I.R. bearing No.270/2013, registered at Police Station Manoharpur, Jaipur Rural for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 325 I.P.C. and under Section 3 (1) (7) (10) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989.
Investigating Officer, present in person submitted that the investigation is complete and he shall submit the report of investigation along with his opinion in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of one week from today.
Investigating Officer, present in person further submitted that the formal arrest of the accused is to be affected for filing of charge-sheet.

After hearing the Investigating Officer, present in
person and taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is complete, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not warranted.
Consequently, the present application is disposed of
with the direction that in case the petitioners surrender within a period of ten-days from today before the Court below, where the proposed charge-sheet shall be filed, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail during the pendency of the trial. The said Court shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioners to its satisfaction and the bail bonds, so furnished shall enure till the conclusion of the trial.
