This Cr. Revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 8.2.2008 passed by Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Bharatpur in Cr. Appeal No. 9/2008, whereby he allowed the appeal filed by the accused respondents and while maintaining the conviction of the accused respondents, as awarded by the trial court, granted them benefit of Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders' Act.

Without going into the merits of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that some amount of compensation should be given by the accused respondents to the complainant-petitioner, upon which the learned counsel appearing for the accused respondents has contended that some reasonable amount may be given by the accused respondents to the complainant, but he has requested that some time may be given to the accused respondents for depositing the amount of compensation.

In view of the consent given by learned counsel for both the parties, I impose the compensation to the tune of Rs. 4000/(Rs. Four Thousand) upon each of the accused respondents no. 2

to 4, in-toto Rs. 12,000/- (Rs. Twelve Thousand). The said amount of compensation should be deposited by the accused respondents with the trial court within a period of two months. After depositing the said amount of compensation by the accused respondents, on moving the application by the complainant petitioner before the trial court in this regard, the said amount of compensation shall be disbursed to the complainant-petitioner by the trial court.
