This Cr. Revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 24.10.2007 passed by Sessions Judge, Sikar in Cr. Appeal No. 78/2007, whereby he dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the judgment dated 27.6.2007 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikar in Cr. Case No. 15/2007, whereby he granted the benefit of probation to the accused respondents in a trial for the offence under Sections 147, 323 and 451 IPC.

Without going into the merits of the case, the learned counsel has prayed that some amount of compensation should be given by the accused respondents to the complainant-petitioner, upon which the learned counsel appearing for the accused respondents has contended that some reasonable amount may be given by the accused respondents to the complainant.

In view of the consent given by learned counsel for both the parties, I impose the compensation to the tune of Rs. 1000/(Rs. One Thousand) on each of the accused respondents no. 1 to 5 except accused respondent no.4 and against accused respondent no.4 Rs. 200/-. The said amount of compensation should be

deposited by the accused respondents within a period of six weeks. After depositing the said amount of compensation, on moving the application by the complainant petitioner before the trial court in this regard, the said amount of compensation should be disbursed to the complainant petitioner by the trial court.

This revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.
