Mr.Kuldeep Aswal, for the petitioner Mr. RS Shekhawat, Public Prosecutor for State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application with a direction to the trial court to record the statement of prosecutrix within a period of 15 days and after recording the statement, if the petitioner moves the bail application , the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
He is permitted to do so.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with the aforesaid direction as prayed for.
