्ऺाथर् की पु्ऴी पूजा सोनी उपि�थत। �ी राजे�्शिसंह शेखावत, लोक अिभयोजक।

ाथर् की ओर से इस ्ऺ ाथर्नाप्ऴ अ�तगर्त धारा 482 द�ड ्ऺ ि्वया संिहता के मा�यम से ्ऺाथर् ्षारा ्ऺ�तुत दाि�डक िविवध जमानत ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ संख्या 10337/2014 म� पािरत आदेश िदनांक 18.9.2014 म� जो ्ऺाथर् को पांच लाख �पये का �वयं का बंधप्ऴ एवं इसी रािश की दो ्ऺितभूित पेश िकये जाने पर प�्शह िदवस की अविध के िलये अ�तिरम जमानत पर िरहा िकये जाने के आदेश िदया गया है उसके �थान पर जमानत मुचलके की रािश को कम िकया जाने का आदेश पािरत िकया जावे।्ऺ

ाथर् की पु्ऴी पूजा सोनी उपि�थत है। उ�होन� कथन िकया िक वे अ�य�त गरीब �यि्व ह�, ्ऺाथर् की मां �ीमती ल�मीदेवी का देहा�त िदनांक 13.9.2014 को हो गया है और ्ऺाथर् को अ�तिरम जमानत पर छोड़े जाने का आदेश िदया गया है, िक�तु उनकी आिथर्क ि�थित को देखते हुए जमानत मुचलके की रािश को कम िकया जावे।

मैन� ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ म� अंिकत त�य� का अवलोकन िकया। िव्षान लोक अिभयोजक को भी सुना।

म� ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ म� अंिकत त�य� से संतु� हूं। अत: मानवीय �ि�कोण अपनाते हुए एवं �यायिहत म� ्ऺ ाथर् की ओर से ्ऺ �तुत उ्व ्ऺ ाथर्नाप्ऴ �वीकार िकया जाता है। इस �यायालय ्षारा ्ऺाथर् के जमानत ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ संख्या 10337/2014 म� पािरत आदेश िदनांक 18.9.2014 म� ्ऺाथर् को जो पांच लाख �पये का �वयं का बंधप्ऴ एवं इसी रािश की दो �थानीय ्ऺितभूित पेश िकये जाने पर प�्शह िदवस की अविध के िलये अ�तिरम जमानत पर िरहा िकये जाने का आदेश िदया गया है उसके �थान पर दो लाख �पये का �वयं का बंधप्ऴ एवं इसी रािश की दो �थानीय ्ऺितभूित पेश िकये जाने पर प�्शह िदवस की अविध के िलये जमानत पर आजाद िकये जाने का आदेश िदया जाता है। शेष आदेश यथावत रहेगा। इस आदेश को भी आदेश िदनांक 18.9.2014 का ही भाग मानकर पढ़ा जावे।
