Non-compliance of the order dated
6.12.2012 passed by this Court is alleged in
this petition. Thereunder this Court had
directed that in event of submission of
representation by the petitioner, the
respondents were to consider and decide the
same in the light of the Judgment in the case
of Smt. Shailesh Verma & Anr. v. State of
Rajasthan and others, SBCW P. No. 1839/2009
decided on 5.9.2012.
Reply to the contempt petition has
been filed. It has been submitted that in
compliance with the order dated 6.12.2012
passed by this Court, the case of the
petitioner was reconsidered by the District
Education Officer, Elementary Education,
Karaui. Thereon it was found that the
petitioner who belonged to SC category had
secured 26 marks in aggregate whereas the last
cut of marks in SC category in Karauli
District for appointment as Prabhodhak was 39
marks. It has been submitted that the
petitioner was thus not found meritorious to
be appointed on the post of Prabodhak within
the quota reserved for SC category candidates
or even otherwise. The representation of the
petitioner was accordingly decided by a
reasoned and speaking order dated 14.10.2013.

Annex.R-1 with the reply to the petition.

reply to the contempt petition.
From the facts as they transpire, no
case of contempt is made out. No force in the
contempt petition. Dismissed. Notices issued
to the respondents stand discharged.
