Non compliance with the order dated 9-11-2012 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16121/2012 has been alleged in this contempt petition.
Reply to contempt petition has been filed. It has been submitted that after considering the case of the petitioner her category has been changed from general woman to general widow. Thereafter vide order dated 3-12-2013 she has been given appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.III in Panchayat Samiti Arai, District Ajmer. A copy of the order dated 3-12-2013 has been passed over in the course of hearing, which is taken on record of the petition.
In the facts as they obtain contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
The contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notices are discharged.
