Non-compliance of the order dated 13.08.2010, passed by this Court has been alleged in this contempt petition. Thereunder, this Court had directed that the case of the petitioner be considered in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Prahalad Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors, SBCWP No.8966/2009, decided on 22.07.2010.
Reply to the contempt petition has been filed. It has been submitted that in compliance with the order dated 13.08.2010, passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and it was found that the petitioner worked as Vidharthi Mitra in the Government Upper Primary School, Dalniya Phagi only for the period from 01.12.2007 to 18.01.2008 and therefore was not entitled to be engaged as Vidharthi Mitra in terms of the various directions issued by this Court. Accordingly the petitioner's representation was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2012. The copy of the order dated 09.07.2012

has been annexed to the reply to the contempt petition as Annexure-R/2. It is submitted that in the circumstances, the petition for contempt of the court's order dated 13.08.2010 is misdirected and the same is liable to be dismissed.
For reasons stated in the reply, it is apparent that compliance with the order dated 13.08.2010, passed by this Court has been made. No contempt as alleged is made out. The contempt petition is without force.
Dismissed. Notices discharged.
