Notices were ordered to be issued to the contemnor-respondent vide order dated 30.05.2007. The same were received unserved and the petitioner was directed to submit fresh address. However, the respondent remained unserved. The petitioner was again directed to file process-fee and notices with fresh address on 04.06.2008, but fresh address of the sole respondent was not filed. The matter was listed before the Registrar on 31.07.2008 and four weeks time was allowed, but the compliance was not made. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Court on 01.09.2008 and none appeared for the petitioner and one week's time was allowed to do the needful in the matter, but the compliance has not been

made. Again matter was listed before the Court on 15.10.2008, but the compliance has not been made.
The petitioner has failed to furnish the fresh address of the respondent, despite several opportunities having been granted.
In that view of the matter, this petition is ordered to be consigned to record as the respondent has remained unserved.
The petition shall be struck off from the pendency of
cases.
