The present appeal is of the year 1998. The respondent No.6 remains to be served. Time was allowed to file required process-fee and notices with fresh address on 20.08.2009, but the compliance has not been made.
Matter was again listed before the Registrar (Admn) from the default side and two weeks' time was allowed on 01.12.2009, but required process-fee and notices for the unserved respondents with fresh address has not been filed.
In the facts and circumstances, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
