The present appeal is of the year 1998 and the services have not been affected upon the respondents so far.
On 14.10.2008, learned counsel was directed to file fresh process-fee and notices with fresh address and despite opportunities having been given to the appellant compliance has not been made for more than a year.
In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
