This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus praying for issuance of directions to the office of respondent no.5 for taking immediate and appropriate legal action in compliance of the orders dated 10.06.2025 ( Annexure P-5), 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) and 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per para 2 of the written statement filed by respondents no.1 to 6, it has been stated that the Gram Panchayat has filed the execution application i.e, DAVINDER KUMAR Execution Case no.39 dated 09.04.2026 before the competent authority for 2026.07.16 14:18 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

implementation of the eviction order. It is submitted that in the said circumstances, the petitioner would be satisfied in case the Executing Court is directed to decide the execution application as expeditiously as possible.

Learned State counsel has submitted that he has no objection to the said course of action.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the Executing Court to decide the execution case no.39 dated 09.04.2026 as expeditiously as possible.
