By way of filing the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorari, the petitioner is seeking quashing of the orders dated 29.07.2024 and 03.09.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively) passed by respondent No.2.

Section 17(8) of the HSVP Act, whereas in para 7 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that there is no other remedy for appeal or revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
