This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the impugned order dated 19.05.1999 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Secretary, Executive Officer Municipal Council, Sonepat.
