Petitioner Manjit Singh alias Deepa (in CRM-M-22384-2025) and petitioner Vijay Singh (in CRM-M-57245-2025) have filed the instant petitions under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking regular bail in case FIR No.61 dated 11.06.2022 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985
