At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 02.02.2026 in Court today, which is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

In the present case, recovery from the petitioner is of heavy quantity, i.e., 4 kg 770 grams of ‘Charas’ from the polythene bag which he was carrying. Even subsequent thereto, another 364 grams of ‘Charas’ was

also recovered from his house. As per the custody certificate, petitioner is
