Learned counsel for the petiti o ners submits that respondent s No.4 and 5, i n connivance with respondent N o.6, daughter of the petitioner s had cheated them of a sum of Rs.5,65,000/ - on the pretext that they woul d get respondent No.6 settled in Australia. In this regard, representation date d 24.01.2026 ( Annexure P-1) was moved to t h e police for registration of FI R but no acti o n was taken thereon. He sub m its that petitioners would b e satisfied if a direction was issued to o fficial respondents to decid e representati o n-Annexure P-1. 3. Notice of motion to official res p ondents.
