It is, accordingly, praye d that the present second appeal may be di s posed of in terms of aforesaid c ompromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for respond e nt No. 1 has not disputed the factum of compromise between the parti e s and submits that he has ‘no objection’ in case the present application i s allowed and the main second appeal is d i sposed of in terms of comprom i se dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure C-1).

In view of the above, the application (CM-15690-C-2025) is allowed; o riginal compromise dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure C-1) filed along with the application is taken on rec o rd; and the main second appeal bearing R S A-261-2021 is disposed of i n terms of compromise dated 05.12.202 5 (Annexure C-1) effected betw e en the parties.
