Prayer in this civil revisi o n is for setting aside the judgment/order dated 22.2.2019 (Annex u re P-8) whereby the learned Executin g Court/Civil Judge (Jr. Divn. ) , Amritsar has allowed the objection s filed by the Judgment Debtor / respondent to the Execution Applicati o n filed by the petitioners/Decr e e Holders and observed that Decree H older failed to comply with th e terms and conditions of the Decree d ated 15.12.2009 as he has no t deposited the balance sale amount w ithin the period fixed by the lea r ned trial Court.

Vide order dated 29.4.2025 , the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre o f this Court. As per report received f rom the Mediation and Concili a tion Centre dated 29.5.2025 (at Flag ‘ A ’) the parties have settled the m atter.
