In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the notification dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-1 and P-2), which has been advertised in various newspapers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been working on the posts which have been advertised for a considerable long period of time as such, petitioners are entitled for the above said posts which have been advertised.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions from petitioners, further submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if the present writ petition be treated as a representation and a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.
