In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for protecting his life and liberty from the hands of Moga Police who are harassing and threatening the petitioner to implicate her in some false case and to further direct respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 15.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-4).
