Prayer in this petition is for initiation of contempt proceedi n gs against the respondent for n o t complying the order dated 15.12.20 1 1 (Annexure P-3) and order dat e d 28.3.2012 (Annexure P-6) passed b y co-ordinate Benchs of this C o urt in RSA-3356-2011 titled as “Jeeto wd/o Babu Ram vs. Municipal Council Ropar and another” vide which the parties were directed to maintain the status quo regardin g any further demolition.
