On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent had sought �me so as to obtain instruc�ons from his client.
Today learned counsel for the respondent has informed this Court that he has confirmed from his client that ma4er has been compromised and therefore, he has no objec�on in case the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise (Annexure A-5).
In view of the above, with the consent of both the sides, the
