Plain�ffs of the suit are before this Court in the present Regular Second Appeal against the concurrent findings of the Courts below. Suit for declara�on and permanent injunc�on filed by the plain�ffs (appellants herein) was dismissed by the trial Court of learned Addi�onal Civil Judge (Sr. Divsion), Sangrur on 01.10.2014. The said judgment has been upheld by the First Appellate Court of learned Addi�onal District Judge, Sangrur by way of detailed judgment dated 22.11.2016. Against the concurrent findings, the plain�ffs have approached this Court.
