“Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that earlier Shri R.S. Rana, Advocate had filed this appeal for the appellant. Later on, Mr. G.S. Dhillon, Advocate, appeared for the appellant. Learned counsel informs that now he has been instructed by the appellant to represent him. However, he has s#ll to receive the Power of A%orney.
Request for an adjournment has been made.
This appeal pertains to the year 2018 and probably because of the changing of the counsel, even the preliminary hearing has not taken place so far.
In the interest of jus#ce, adjourned to 09.09.2024, making it clear that no further opportunity shall be provided.
