Learned counsel for the petitioner appears from law office of Mr. Baldev Raj Mahajan, Senior Advocate who had filed this revision petition and submits that she is appearing out of professional courtesy as learned counsel, in the meanwhile, has been designated as Senior Advocate and in any case, she is not on the panel of Life Insurance Corporation of India.
Be that as it may, since no alternative arrangements have been made by the petitioner-Corporation, it is not interested in pursuing the matter.
