This appeal was admi ed on 17.07.2001. On the last date of hearing, nobody had put in appearance for the appellants.
Learned counsel for the appellants could not be served due to nonavailability of his whereabouts or parculars and noce to the appellant was directed to be issued. Today, as reported by the Registry, out of four appellants, the first three appellants have since expired but no applicaon has been moved ll date to implead the legal representaves of the deceased- appellants. Noce issued to the appellant No.4 was received back with the report of refusal and so noce to him was served through affixaon. Nobody has put in appearance either on behalf of appellant No.4; or on behalf of LRs of appellants No.1 to 3. The circumstances indicate that LRs of appellants No.1 to 3 or appellant No.4 are not interested in pursuing the ma er.
Dismissed in default for want of prosecu*on.
