This petition has been filed b y a candidate who is presentl y pursuing 4 years Bachelor course in P h ysical Education at responden t No.1 coll e ge which is affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh. 2. The grievance of the pet i tioner is that respondents b e directed to conduct internal assessment a nd project work of 5^th Semeste r of Bache l or of Physical Education and de c lare the result.

Civil Writ Petition No. 20978 of 2024 (O&M)

Upon notice issued by this Court, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-College as well as respondent No.2-University jointly submit that the project work of 5^th Semester has been submitted by the petitioner on 13.09.2024 which shall be considered and assessed and he would be allotted marks and thereafter result of Bachelor of Physical Education would be declared within 15 days which the petitioner has otherwise completed except for 5^th Semester held in December, 2022 in which the petitioner remained absent.

In view of the above, this Court would not like to keep this petition pending and the same stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and assess the project work of 5^th Semester submitted by the petitioner and award marks of the project work and internal assessment and thereafter declare the result in accordance with law.
