Prayer in this petition filed u nder Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik S uraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.) is f o r grant of regular bail to the petitione r during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.243 dated 10.8.202 3 (Annexure P-1) under Section 8 of POCSO Act and Section 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat.
