Pe��oners are plain�ffs before the trial Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana in suit �tled “Veena Sood v. Vivek Sood and Others”. Pe��oners feel aggrieved by the impugned order dated 22.08.2024, whereby defendant No.3 has been granted permission for affixing a sign/flex board outside his shop and also to install outer unit of Air Condi�oner.
The conten�on of learned counsel is that suit property was directed to be keep intact qua physical structure earlier by the Court and that by allowing the defendant No.3 to affix a sign board and install outer unit of Air Condi�oner, the pe��oners shall be put to hardship.
This Court does not find any merit in the pe��on.
As observed by the trial Court in the impugned order that as defendant No.3 is running the shop at the spot, he cannot be restrained

from affixing a flex board for the flourishing of his business. No prejudice shall be caused to the plain�ff by affixa�on of the said sign board. Similarly, by simply gran�ng permission to install outer unit of the Air Condi�oner to the defendant, the case of the plain�ffs is not liable to be prejudiced in any manner.
As such, finding no merit in the pe��on, same is hereby
dismissed.
