Learned counsel for the pe��oner has failed to inform this Court about the pendency of the cases pending before the concerned Family Court, Malerkotla (Camp Court), where the pe��on as referred by the pe��oner is pending. The said pe��on was filed on 20.07.2021 as stated by counsel for the pe��oner.

It will not be possible to direct the trial Court concerned to decide the pe��on within the specific �me frame, otherwise it will put undue pressure upon the Court concerned, par�cularly when this Court is not aware about the total pendency before the trial Court.

In the circumstances, the trial Court is directed to decide the pe��on expedi�ously by keeping in view the pendency before it.
