As per office report, the appellant is stated to have died. None has put in appearance on behalf of LRs of the appellant nor has any application been filed. Respondent Nos.1, 2(i), 2(ii), 2(iv) and 3 stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. Address of respondent no.4 is reported to be incomplete.
In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
