Since the challan has already been presented and charges have also been framed in case bearing FIR No.133 dated 22.06.2017, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, therefore, this petition is also disposed of, however, with a liberty to the petitioner that in case, threat perception of the petitioner still exists, he may approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
