[1]. The present petition has been filed for the issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to complete further investigation in case bearing FIR No.133 dated 22.06.2017, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana and for filing report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
[2]. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Parminder Singh submits that the challan has already been submitted to the competent Court on 26.10.2020 and charges have been framed on 25.02.2022.
