Pursuant to order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court, no proof furnished to show that payment towards arrears of rent has beenremitted. Notwithstanding, that last opportunity was granted for the purpose.
In the premise, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the proceedingson furnishing the proof of payment, as aforesaid.
