Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature ofmandamus directing respondent No.3 to make the paymentof enhanced amount of compensation as per the award passed by the Arbitrator. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compensation was enhanced by the Arbitrator vide order dated 28.10.2020 (Annexure P-2). In the premise, petitioner caused issuance of alegal notice dated 05.03.2021 (Annexure P-3), but to no avail.Hence, the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would besatisfied, at this stage, if a final decision, either way, is taken by the respondents on thepending legal notice dated 05.03.2021 (Annexure P-3). 4. Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority tolook into the grievance of the petitioner as per legal notice dated 05.03.2021 (Annexure P-
