In compliance of order dated 28.08.2018, separate reports from Mr. Palwinder Singh, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and Mr. Abhishek Phutela, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh have been received.
Reports perused.
Mr. Palwinder Singh, JMIC has acted in a very casual manner while conducting the trial, whereas conduct of Mr. Abhishek Phutela, CJM is not questionable, as this officer is making best possible efforts to conclude the trial.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned courts.
