On instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, learned State counsel contends that Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, after conducting enquiry has found the complicity of petitioners in defrauding respondent No. 4, for around Rs.17,00,000/-. The police is going to file final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., very shortly against the petitioner in Court.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
