On 05.09.2011, the following order was passed:-
“Counsel for the parties are not aware even about the factual position. When the reference is made to Civil Court order, it is pointed out that the appellate court had interfered with the same. Some orders have been shown to me, which are not on record. Even final order passed by the appellate court is not forthcoming. In the absence of proper pleadings and unawareness on the part of the counsel for the parties, it is not possible to adjudicate the writ petition.
Adjourned sine-die. To be put up for hearing as and when the counsel are ready and place on record all the material necessary for deciding the case.”
A period of more than 3 years has expired and the above said order has not been complied with. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner even though informed of the date by the office.
Thus, it is apparent that the petitioner has lost interest in the present litigation and the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
