It has been submitted that the parties have compromised and under the compromise entire amount of the cheque has been received by the complainant/respondent. The petitioner has also deposited ` 30,000/- with the Registry of this Court vide receipt dated 29.1.2014.
Learned counsel for the complainant/respondent-Shiv Dev Singh has submitted that he has instructions from the respondent to certify the compromise in between the parties.
In view of the submissions, the criminal miscellaneous filed by the applicant-petitioner for compounding the offence is allowed. The judgment of the lower Courts are set aside and the petitioner is acquitted.
Revision petition stands disposed of.
