The petitioner has sought direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to initiate action on the application dated 22.9.2009 (Annexure P- 1).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the police has already inquired into the matter and he has to produce certain documents to assist the police in making further inquiries.
The petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action under law on the application dated 22.9.2009.
Both the parties shall be at liberty to produce documents in support of their contention to the Investigating Officer, if so required.
