accepting their marriage and adamant to separate them from each other by resorting to illegal means. They further submit that in view of the imminent danger to their lives and liberty they have already moved a representation (Annexure P-4) before the Commissioner of Police, District Ludhiana.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter but without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, District Ludhiana, to take action as warranted by law on the representation moved by the petitioners and in the meantime to issue necessary orders to ensure that no harm is caused to the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of Joginder Singh (father of petitioner No.1), Rajinder Kaur (mother of petitioner No. 1), Kulwant and Sukhwinder Singh (brothers of petitioner No. 1).
