Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Nand Lal of Police Station, Dera Bassi, submits that the chargesheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has already been submitted before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate for prosecution of the culprit.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to pursue his grievances before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate, in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
