It has been argued that the police has registered FIR No. 33 dated 23.2.2007 for offence under Sections 365, 367, 368, 323, 506 IPC at police station Chandimandir, in which the petitioners were allowed regular bail by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula vide order dated 20.03.2007. Later on, the police presented cancellation report and the complainant filed protest petition. The Court has taken cognizance of the same and summoned the petitioners.
The petitioners have again appeared before the trial Court a s per the order dated 23.07.2013 and were released on bail. Even otherwise, they were allowed bail in that case and their bail orders have never been cancelled so far.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the order dated 23.07.2013 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
