It has been submitted by the learned State counsel that son of the petitioner was involved in a murder case and the police could not trace out his whereabouts and the proceedings to get him declared as Proclaimed Offender have been initiated. The petitioner is not required by the police in any case for the time being.
In view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) and take further necessary action as required under the law.
