It has been submitted by the learned State counsel that the police has recorded statements of the petitioners as well as of Sukhdev Raj, father of the petitioner No.1. As per the statements of the petitioners recorded by the police, they have no apprehension from their father who has assured that he will not interfere in their matrimonial life.
In view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this petition as infructuous.
Request of learned counsel for the petitioners allowed. Dismissed as infructuous.
