On the last date of hearing, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners had sought to withdraw the revision petition with prayer that petitioners be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord. Notice of motion was issued to that limited extent. Mr. K.S. Kang, Advocate, who has appeared and accepted notice on behalf of respondent on the last date, sought time to have instructions.
Today, learned counsel for the respondent after having instructions from the respondent, agrees with the proposal as put forth by

learned counsel for the petitioners to the extent that the respondent has no objection in allowing of time upto 22.12. 2015 to the revision petitioners to vacate the demised premises.
In view of request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of. The revision petitioners are allowed period upto 22.12.2015 to vacate the demised premises, subject to the following terms:-
(i) The petitioners-tenants will pay/deposit the entire due rent/mesne profits, if assessed by the Appellate Authority, upto 31st December 2014 within two weeks.
(ii) They will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto December, 2015 on or before 7th day of each month.
(iii) They will file affidavit before the Rent Controller within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits.
In case of default of any of the above terms, the respondentlandlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.
