After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioner be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Adarsh Jain, Advocate for the caveator-respondent, who
is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent and agrees with the proposal as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner to the extent that the respondent has no objection in allowing of time upto 31st August, 2015 to the revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises.
In view of request made by learned counsel for the petitioner

and no objection by learned counsel for the respondent, a consent order is passed as follows:-
This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The revision petitioner is allowed period upto 31.08.2015 to vacate the demised premises, subject to the
following terms:-
(i) The petitioner-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent upto 31st December 2014 within four weeks.
(ii) She will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto 31.08.2015 on or before 7th day of each month.
(iii) She will file affidavit before the Rent Controller on or before 25th January, 2015 giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and further that she will vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to respondent-landlord on or before 31.08.2015.
In case of default of any of the above terms, the respondentlandlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.
