The petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot him plot under the oustees category.
It is the case of the petitioner that he was owner in possession of 5/18 share in the land measuring 91 kanals 15 marlas, and 10/27 share in the land measuring 13 kanals 6 marlas, situated in village Uchagaon, Tehsil Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, and vide notification dated 23.11.1992, his aforesaid entire land was acquired for development and utilisation as Residential and Commercial Sector 2, Faridabad. It is the further case of the petitioner that in spite of the requests made by him, the respondents did not consider his claim for allotment of plot under the oustees policy of the State Government. available on record as Annexure P-6, was got served by the petitioner through his Advocate upon the respondents, but till date the plot has not been allotted to the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Faridabad, to consider and decide the aforesaid legal notice dated 12.7.2012 by passing a speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
